General Information
We can generate an invoice and email it through to you with our bank account details. To facilitate this please email info@breathalysers.co.nz with your first and last name, mobile phone, delivery address and product requirements.
Larger business customers or regular business customers may find it easier to have credit terms set up to avoid delays in calibration or product ordering. Please email info@breathalysers.co.nz to request a credit application form.
Invoices and tracking are automatically emailed through to each customer at 5:30pm AEST on the day of dispatch.

- Check that the bottom right-hand corner of the screen display says BAC
- Ensure no alcohol-based substances are in the testing environment (hand sanitiser, cleaning
products etc). It is best to test outdoors. - Ensure at least 15 mins has passed since your last sip of alcohol
- Take 2 x consecutive tests at 3 mins apart. Results should vary marginally however be similar
- Read FAQ’s relating to BAC Results to expect
If you still have concerns, please email: service@breathalysers.co.nz with:
- The alcoholic content of the beverage(s) that you consumed
- The number of drinks consumed and over what period of time
- Confirmation that you waited 15 minutes after drinking alcohol before testing
- A list of what your exact readings were
- How long you waited between consecutive tests
Alkaline battery devices : Replace batteries with high grade batteries such as Duracell or Energizer.
The key to a successful breath test is to take a full lungful of air and blow into the unit continuously and evenly at a medium strength for 5 seconds. Continuous is the key word here. A successful test is like blowing out a candle and not like blowing up a balloon.
